Terms
There is little to agree to, so this is short.
The content
Titles, abstracts, author names and bibliographic details are reproduced from arXiv's metadata, which arXiv releases under the CC0 public-domain dedication. The papers themselves remain under the licence their authors chose on arXiv, shown on each entry. arXane does not host full texts; papers link to their arXiv page, and to their DOI and licence where the authors gave them.
arXiv
arXane is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or reviewed by arXiv, Cornell University or the arXiv team. arXiv is a registered trademark of arXiv.
The service
arXane is offered as is, without warranty of completeness or availability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Editions mirror what arXiv published, but may occasionally differ slightly from what arXiv announced. Automated bulk downloading of this site is not permitted; use arXiv's own bulk data services instead.
Accounts
One person, one account, and you need to be at least 16 to make one. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu, or by writing to [email protected] from its address. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, and we may close arXane; if we do, we will tell account holders by email first and delete their data. See the privacy page for what is stored.
Gifts
Gifts through Buy me a beer are voluntary. They do not buy any service or feature, and everything on arXane stays free. arXane is not a charity, so gifts are not tax-deductible. A monthly gift can be stopped at any time and no further payments are taken after that. If something went wrong with a gift, write to the contact address on the About page.
Changes and law
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so here and email account holders before the change applies. These terms are governed by Italian law; if you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country's mandatory rules and may go to your local courts.
Contact
Write to [email protected], in English or Italian. This is also our point of contact for users and for authorities under the EU Digital Services Act.
